To all PIPSC represented RCMP Civilian Members,
Your RCMP CM Bargaining Team has been busy preparing for the upcoming round of negotiations. In December the team participated in Bargaining Training where the team learned about the bargaining process. From January 17th-20th, 2023 the Bargaining Team met to develop a survey for determining civilian members' issues; conducted bargaining simulation training; and began work on proposals that will be submitted this round.
The CM Bargaining Team has scheduled additional meetings in March, and we anticipate starting negotiations with the Treasury Board in the spring.
You should be seeing a bargaining survey in your inbox in the next couple of weeks. We ask that you take the time to complete the survey to help us determine the priorities that matter to you.
