In accordance with its By-Law 8, the NRC-RO/RCO Group is please to announce that the2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the NRC offices in Ottawa, ON.
The AGM is a forum to provide direction to your NRC-RO/RCO Group Executive. Reports from members of the Executive will be presented and business affairs will be discussed.
The agenda shall include the following items:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual
- General Meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report
- Approval of Budget
- Report of the Elections Committee
- New Business, including Proposed By-Law
- Amendments

Invitation emails will be sent to the selected voting delegates and virtual members in the next few weeks.
