NRC-LS GROUP AGM
All NRC employees who are part of the NRC Library Science (LS) Group and are members of PIPSC are invited to attend the 2022 NRC-LS Group Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Friday, November 4, 2022
Time: 12:00 (noon) to 1:00 p.m. (Ottawa time)
Place: Virtually (Zoom link provided after registration)
Registration: You will have received an invitation to register for the AGM from Elizabeth Morin on October 12, 2022, (check your spam folder). Please use the personalized link provided to register for the AGM.
Meal plan: This year, we will be offering compensation (via an electronic gift certificate valued at $25) to those that attend the AGM. Gift certificates will be distributed after the AGM.

- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- Report of the Chairperson
- Annual Financial Report
- Report of the Electoral Officer

ELECTIONS
This year, the elections are for:
- One (1) Secretary with a term of office of two (2) years.
- Two (2) Members-at-Large with a term of office of one (1) year.
Nominations must be received no later than November 1, 2022, at 4:00 pm (Ottawa time). NOTE: Digital signatures are acceptable.
