The Vancouver Island NR Sub-Group will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Four Mile Brew Pub, 199 Island Hwy, Victoria, BC V9B 1G1.
Dinner will be served during the meeting. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow professionals from various federal departments in a relaxed social setting, where you can discuss issues and exchange ideas on topics of shared interest.
We follow standard AGM agenda items, and this year, we are pleased to welcome NR Group President Gary Corbett, who will share insights.
We will also be electing sub-group executives for a new term. The positions listed below are open for election, and we encourage you to consider getting involved. You can nominate yourself, a colleague, or forward your name to me, and I’ll be happy to submit it on your behalf.

- 1 Member At Large (2-year term)
- 1 Treasurer (2-year term)
