b. Staffing training provided by Human Resources at the request of our subgroup
c. Funding of $500 for the Workplace Wellness Day February 16, 2017
3. News on the negotiations regarding the collective agreement:
a. Questions and Answers Session with members
4. Review of 2016 budget:
a. Budget accepted as presented
5. Proposed activities for the next 12 months (March 2017-February 2018) presented and approved:
a. BBQ in June 2017
b. Regional activity if the subgroup is expanded (4 to 6 proposed)
c. Presentation on the collective agreement negotiations & the role of PIPSC
7. Review of budget for the next 12 months (March 2017-February 2018):
a. Budget accepted as presented
