The PIPSC NR Shirley’s Bay Sub-Group will hold its first virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, December 12, 2025. The AGM starts at 12:00 pm (noon) and will last about 30 minutes to ensure members only use their lunch break.
The meeting will be held using ZOOM (the link will be sent to you once you are registered to attend).
The proposed agenda of the General Meeting shall include:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report and Budget
- Sub-Group Executive Election (2 positions open, up to 5 positions available total)
- New Business, including By-Law Amendments
