Your bargaining team met with the employer for the first session of negotiations in early November.
Both sides presented, clarified, and discussed their initial proposals, setting the foundation for this round of negotiations. These proposals will form the basis of what will be discussed going forward.
The session was productive, and we anticipate a positive working relationship as both parties came to the table with the clear intention of reaching an agreement.
Our next session is scheduled for December 6, 7, and 8, with further sessions planned for January and March 2023. We are looking forward to what we hope will be a fruitful and successful round of negotiations.
