- Attended Allowance meeting

- Attended NCJC (NAV and Union) someone nominated me to continue to co-chair with company
- These meetings are all AGM and held in Dec 2021
- I’m a voting member of the NAV Canada company so I attended the Nav Canada voting members Forum: about 7 attendees from the different stakeholders and chaired by the Company Chairman
- Several meetings with NCBAA to touch base
- Consultation meeting with Marc Cooper and LR
- As chair of the NCBAA attended a Flex benefits meeting with the company (looking to start a dental plan for retirees)
- Working on the SAFE survey
- Coordinated the members’ small groups meetings
- Coordinated stewards meeting
- Represented members who are having work related issues
