NCR Statistics Canada CS Sub-Group – Elections
The Statistics Canada Ottawa CS Sub-Group Executive Committee is composed of 1 president and up-to 10 members-at-large. All the positions are for a 2 year term with half the members-at-large being up for election each year.
THIS YEAR WE ARE CALLING FOR NOMINATIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE STATISTICS CANADA OTTAWA CS COMMUNITY FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ON THE STATISTICS CANADA OTTAWA CS SUB-GROUP EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
- 1 Position for President of the Sub-Group Executive Committee
- 6 Positions for member-at-large of the Sub-Group Executive Committee
Only Regular and Retired members are eligible to hold office, nominate members for positions on the Sub-Group Executive Committee and vote for Executive members and on resolutions. If you are not presently a member of PIPSC, please contact a PIPSC steward.
Nominations must be in writing or by email and must be received by Mary Religa on or before noon on Friday June 8, 2018. You may nominate yourself. If you wish to nominate a member other than yourself, please ensure that this member is willing to hold office. Nomination can also be made from the floor at the AGM.
The election will be held during the Statistics Canada Ottawa CS Sub-Group Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2018.
