2023 QUINTE CS/IT Sub Group Notice of AGM and Invitation

Dear Members,

You are invited to the Quinte IT Subgroup AGM being held Thursday, June 22, 2023.

We are actively bargaining this year and our IT Group President, Stan Buday, will provide us with the latest information.  Yvonne Snaddon will give us an overview of the IT Talent Platform initiative being implemented for government employees.

Plan to join us virtually or in-person for an overview of events since our last meeting, updates from our guest speakers and to network with colleagues.  We will have complimentary food and beverages for our in-person attendees and there will be giveaways for both our online and in-person guests. (While all members are welcome to attend, please note that prizes are reserved for those on the official RSVP list and still in attendance at the time of name drawing).

Please note that our in-person seating is limited to 25 people on a “first come, first served” basis.  RSVP by June 15, 2023, to any one of the following and let us know if you’ll be attending in person (advise if you have dietary restrictions) or virtually by Zoom:

To ensure fiscal responsibility, if you need to cancel your attendance after the RSVP date, please advise your contact person as soon as possible to ensure that we avoid spending your hard-earned dues on unnecessary items.  This will allow a wait-listed member the opportunity to attend.
