2019 Annual General Meeting Ottawa East CS Sub-Group*
The Ottawa East CS Sub-Group is having its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday April 16th, 12:00 noon, @ the Lone Star Texas Grill, 1211 Lemieux Street. All CS members in Ottawa East are cordially invited to attend. This is a very important event for your Subgroup and an opportunity for you to select and meet your Executive.
Those members attending will have an opportunity to meet and chat with their executive and stewards as well as enjoy a buffet lunch.
In order to attend, you must RSVP by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8th, by email (ottawaeast_estottawa@pipsc.ca). While anyone in the Ottawa East Sub-Group can attend, only the first 50 RSVPs will have their meal paid for.
NB: Please advise us when registering if you have any dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, nut allergies, etc.) so that we may ask the Lone Star in advance to accommodate us. The reservations are for a private room where a (chicken/Steak) Fajita buffet style will be served.

The positions to be filled by an election this year are those of Vice President, Secretary and Members-at-Large. If you wish to become an active member of the Executive, please send an email or nominate from the floor of the AGM.
