NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) - Gatineau CS Sub-Group

TIME: 11:45 Pizza will be served to registered attendees (Reservation required)
LOCATION: Place de la Cité, Room E (1st Floor), 550 Boul. de la Cité, Gatineau
To participate, you need to:
- Confirm your attendance by email to matthieu.beaulne@canada.ca before Tuesday April 9th, 2019;
- Bring your PIPSC membership card with you on the day of the AGM.
Every CS employees working at Place de la Cité or Gatineau Preservation Center can attend.
The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to better understand what your sub-group and the PIPSC National office do for you.
An election for vacant/terminating mandate positions on the executive (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and seven (7) member at large) will also be held. If you are interested, please submit your nomination in writing to matthieu.beaulne@canada.ca. Nominations can also be made from the floor of the AGM on April 11th, 2019.
