INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. Jonathan Tweedie called the meeting to order at 1640 hrs. Minutes from the last meeting were read and accepted by all.

2. OLD BUSINESS
a. The venue has been booked for the Christmas function. b. Approval was provided by CO’s and the invitation has been distributed.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Treasurer provided an update.
b. Christmas Function - The Sub Group will provide door prizes.
c. Member Retirement – Discussed increasing the retirement gift card limit from $25 to $50. Jonathan motioned and Erika concurred. Carried.
d. Food Bank Donations – It was motioned to donate $100 each to the Berwick and Kentville Food Banks by Erika. Jonathan accepted.
