INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. Jonathan Tweedie called the meeting to order at 1210 hrs. Minutes from the last meeting were read and accepted by all.

2. OLD BUSINESS a. Jonathan attended the Sub-Group IT presidents meeting in BC. He provided a summary of meeting. b. Outstanding reimbursements from PIPSC have been received.
3. NEW BUSINESS c. Discussed the new tentative contract and upcoming info sessions that will be held by PIPSC. d. The National IT AGM was held in Montreal. We didn’t have any members attend. e. Discussed date for the sub-group AGM. Graham will book Paddy’s Pub for November 15 with an alternate date being November 22. f. Discussed members who have retired in the last year, will contact for retirement gift from the sub-group. Erika will request a new membership list. g. Discussed having a new logo for the sub-group. Graham is going to investigate whether PIPSC has a graphic designer that can be used to create logo.
