INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. Jonathan Tweedie called the meeting to order at 1715 hrs.

2. President welcomed all present and introduced Tamara Critch as guest. Previous minutes were reviewed. Acceptance of the previous minutes were moved by Jonathan Tweedie, seconded by Eva Henshaw. Accepted. |

3. PRESIDENT REPORT. Jonathan Tweedie presented the year’s report on activities to all for review and acceptance. Acceptance was moved by Jonathan Tweedie, seconded by Marcel Journeay. Nil opposed.
4. TREASURER/SECRETARY REPORT. Erika Best presented the year’s treasurer report to all for review and acceptance. Acceptance was moved by Erika Best, seconded by Bruce Deveau. Nil Opposed. Secretarial items were briefed.
5. NEW BUSINESS
Executive Elections. Tamara Critch ran the election. The floor was opened to new nominations, nominations were received for the positions of Vice President and President. Jonathan Tweedie and Dave Kohli were nominated for President, after a vote Jonathan Tweedie accepted. Dave Kohli and Graham Joanisse were nominated for Vice-President, after a vote Graham Joanisse accepted. Marcel Journeay nominated Erika Best for the position of Treasurer/Secretary, she accepted. The following consists of the Annapolis Valley CS Sub-Group Executive for 2022: President : Jonathan Tweedie Vice-President: Graham Joanisse Treasurer/Secretary: Erika Best
5. Guest Speaker. Tamara Critch discussed the national IT executive and changes to their portfolios, bargaining and arbitration.
