CS 2019 AGM - Membership officer report
For the past year I have been honoured to be the membership officer on the CS executive.
I have been involved in the following activities:
- Coordinated the delegate selection for CS Group for the National PIPSC AGM
- Chaired the CS Group caucus at the 99th annual PIPSC AGM
- Coordinated and organized for the CS AGM
- Coordinated the delegate selection for CS AGM
- Answered members questions
- Worked on and presented about the fiftieth anniversary for the CS Group
As the coordinator of the delegate selections for the CS AGM and the PIPSC national AGM, I work with PIPSC Staff to send out the call for delegates to each event, I coordinate the lists of applicants for each region in a central list and I work with the President of the group to replace delegates as needed.
As membership officer, I am responsible for the organization and coordination for the CS AGM. I have worked with members of the CS executive on presentations and worked with PIPSC Staff to coordinate the logistics of the AGM itself.
I want to thank all members of the CS group for making Membership officer a portfolio that I have the privilege of holding.
