5.7  National Organizing Committee (NOC) and Regional Organizing Committees (ROC)

5.7.1  The NOC shall consist of the Chair of the NOC, President of the CS Group, Strike Job Action Officer, Regional Organizaing Coordinators, and members of the Group as determined by the Group Executive.  The NOC will be assisted by Institute staff as assigned by the Institute.
