The CRPEG bargaining team met with the company on April 27-29, 2021. The focus of this session of negotiations was on leaves with and without pay and other non-monetary issues. Although the progress has been slow, the team is resolute in its work toward achieving a tentative agreement.
The negotiations will continue at the next session of bargaining which is scheduled for May 26-28, 2021.
As always following directives from PIPSC, CNL and Government of Ontario public health guidelines, negotiations are taking place remotely. Network bandwidth and internet speed limitations continue to be a challenge.
