The CRPEG bargaining team met with the employer on January 19-21, 2021. The interchange between the two parties continues to be one of mutual respect with the goal of reaching a tentative agreement. Among the issues discussed were Remote Working Conditions, Vacation Approval Requests, Post-Docs and Internal-Transfers. The negotiations will resume on February 23 with other dates each month this spring.

In preparation for the upcoming bargaining sessions, your team will be meeting with the PIPSC Pay Analyst to finalize the Pay proposal. Continuing to follow best practices in this time of Covid-19, the negotiations are being conducted virtually. Thank you all for your continued support.
