| Feb. 9, 2022 | Previous Survey Review Denise Doherty Delorme, Negotiator, PIPSC . will send out the previous CP Bargaining survey for review by the Executive members . The 2022-23 CP Bargaining Survey will be reviewed by the executive before the end of March 2022 and finalized during the first meeting of the bargaining team in April 2022. |

Team as in compliance with the CP Group By-laws.

Review of Nomination Criteria for Open Members to the Bargaining Committee
● Review of Nomination Criteria and discussion.
4. REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS
Angela Cowle provided remarks on outreach in rural regions. PIPSC approved the Outreach
Proposal but to fund from 2022-23 fiscal year budget or additional appropriations from PIPSC. It
was noted that a comprehensive proposal will be required for the Outreach Proposal.
