Bargaining Team - Executive Members
Feb. 4-7, 2022 Nomination Process
Executive Members will submit their nominations by on the online
nomination document regarding the 3 CO positions and 3 PG positions
slotted to executive members.
The Executive will provide voting preference to Denise Doherty Delorme,
Negotiator, PIPSC on Tues. February 8, 2022.

Feb 4, 2022 - Nomination Process

 

March 18, 2022 An open nomination process will proceed for the remainder 1 CO position and
2 PG positions open for nomination from all CO and PG members,
respectively. The call for nominations will be sent by PIPSC to PG and CO
members. Nomination Criteria.

Bargaining Survey
Feb. 9, 2022 Previous Survey Review
Denise Doherty Delorme, Negotiator, PIPSC . will send out the previous CP
Bargaining survey for review by the Executive members .
The 2022-23 CP Bargaining Survey will be reviewed by the executive before
the end of March 2022 and finalized during the first meeting of the
bargaining team in April 2022.
April 2022.(TBC) Survey Completion
The survey will be launched on April , 2022. Members will have 2 lweeks to
complete the survey. The CP Group may provide prize draw incentives to
complete the survey.

Bargaining Advisory Committee

Nomination Process.
Advisory Committee will be struck to help identify negotiation policy priorities
of Members. The Executive may consider a non-executive Chair of the
Committee.
Workshop
March 21, 2022 Selection Process
Executive Meeting - Section of Bargaining Team
May 14, 2022. Advisory Committee Meetings & Workshop.
A one day workshop will be created to help provide policy priorities for the
collective agreement bargaining.

March 31, 2022 Denise Doherty Delorme, Negotiator, PIPSC will file a Notice to Bargain after
March 21, 2022.

● MOTION: The CP Executive appoints the following persons to the CP Bargaining
Team as in compliance with the CP Group By-laws.

4. REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS


Angela Cowle provided remarks on outreach in rural regions. PIPSC approved the Outreach
Proposal but to fund from 2022-23 fiscal year budget or additional appropriations from PIPSC. It
was noted that a comprehensive proposal will be required for the Outreach Proposal.
