The CFIA-S&A Sub-Group’s Executive Committee (EC) is excited to invite you to a presentation about pension, which will be held:
— Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Montréal office (Room 671-CNT, at 2001, Robert-Bourassa Avenue, Montréal, H3A 3N2 / Room 666-668) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
— Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Québec City office (Room 100, at 2954, Laurier Boulevard, Québec City, G1V 5C7 / Frontenac Room), from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

MS Teams details will be shared through two Outlook meetings which will be sent to members soon.
This presentation is open to PIPSC members and CFIA management staff. The EC will provide a $20 meal allowance to SR members attending the presentation in person. Door prizes will be drawn each evening.
About the guest speaker:
Réjean Michaud is a qualified tax expert who has retired a few years ago. He was an auditor and manager at Revenue Canada's Québec City office. He is involved with PIPSC’s Retired Members Guild and is Secretary for the Québec Region Executive.
His presentation will include:
— Pension plan details
— Eligibility
— Coordination between our pension and the QPP
— Retirement planning
— Related benefits available with our pension
