3.0 Constitution and By-laws (The previous CFIA-S&A Quebec Sub-Group Constitution and By-laws, last approved in 2007, have been rewritten in the new PIPSC Constitution and by-laws model/format along with a few modifications to current Constitution and By-laws. The proposed changes will bring our Constitution and By-laws in line with the CFIA-S&A Group Constitution and By-laws. Please note that the proposed amendments/changes to the context of the model are bolded)
