As many of you know, we are actively preparing for the next round of bargaining. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce your bargaining team and provide you with an update!
This round's bargaining team members are:

This team of 6 has already had numerous meetings with bargaining staff support at PIPSC over the past few months and we have been actively working to prepare for bargaining with the employer.
The bargaining survey that we sent out had an excellent response rate of 59%! Thank you to everyone who completed it. We have also been able to connect with small groups of individuals to hear their concerns about the collective agreement and their wishes for this next round of bargaining. We are excited by the level of participation from our membership and are working hard to incorporate all of your feedback into our proposal to the employer.
Thank you for expressing your concerns to us and for showing such interest in the bargaining process. We will be sending out more updates in the weeks and months to come.
