AV Vancouver Sub Group Report

The AV Vancouver Sub Group was created in October 2015. The Sub Group is supporting a total of 180 members, including 15 Rand. The current Sub Group Executive has met throughout 2017/2018 to discuss bargaining updates, activities for our memberships, Phoenix, and other issues of importance to its membership. In addition to regular PIPSC Sub-Group activities, the Sub-Group maintained its collaboration with the Vancouver Branch, including the delivery of a Saturday Morning Movie Event this past January. An informal internal promotion to take part of Phoenix rallies, including a demonstration in Vancouver with our PIPSC President, took place. The AV Vancouver Sub Group invited all its members in the fall to attend its AGM on November 30th, 2017, which was followed with a social gathering.
