You’re invited to the CRA Vancouver AFS Sub-Group Annual General Meeting.

When: Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5:15 PM to 8:45 PM

Where: Floata Seafood Restaurant, 180 Keefer Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1X4

  • Social – 5:15 PM
  • Meeting/Elections – 6:00 PM
  • Dinner – 7:00 PM

  • Adjournment – 8:45 PM

The keynote speaker may continue their remarks during dinner to answer all your questions.

Any PIPSC CRA Vancouver AFS Sub-Group member may attend the meeting. If you wish to reserve a seat for dinner after the meeting, please email Andrew Hiscott (ahiscott@pipsc.ca) or Kai Hong Cheung (kcheung@pipsc.ca). Please note if you are a vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions. There is a limit of 100 members for the dinner. You will receive an email confirming your attendance or if you are on the waitlist. 

The dinner is valued at $60. We require a refundable commitment fee of $10, which can be sent in cash or via email transfer to the contacts above before August 22, 2025. 

We respectfully request that members attend both the meeting and the optional dinner and not arrive late for the dinner only. We also request that cancellations be communicated to the above contacts no

later than September 5, 2025, so that seats can be available to others on the waitlist. Please note that there will be no refunds after September 5, 2025. You may also contact other stewards on the stewards list on the PIPSC boards at your work location.

  • Secretary (vacated by T Roome)
  • Member/s-at-Large
