Annual General Meeting TUESDAY, APRIL 18, 2023

Time: Sign-in between 5:00 and 5:30 pm only.
Dinner and guest speakers will start around 6:45 pm.

You will be provided with 2 complimentary drink tickets and a buffet dinner by Roma Catering & Deli. Tickets and seats are limited.
Only Regular PIPSC AFS members in good standing and who reside in the Calgary and the Southern Alberta geographical area, including Red Deer, are eligible to register and vote at this Annual General Meeting (AGM). Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you in due course.

Elections will be held for the following positions:
- President (2 year term)
- Secretary (2 year term)
- 3 Members at Large (2 year term)

The Election Chair is Joslan Jan and the Election Co-Chair is Abby Huo.
Completed nomination forms must be received electronically BEFORE 4:00 pm April 14th. Nominations will also be accepted during the voting period at the AGM (before the buffet dinner).
