7. AFS National NCR IT Region Representative Report Presented
8. Financial Report and Budget (2019-2021 financials presented ,the 2022-23 budget presented and approved: Proposed by Mike Williams, 2^nd David Hansen
9. Elections (President, Vice President, Members at large) - Nominations were taken from the floor. Elections committee members were Dmitry Frid and Allaudin Alibhai, after a nomination process all positions were acclaimed:
