1. Virtual AGM

• Our AGM is to be held by October 31, 2021.
• A virtual AGM is convenient and free. 
• All positions will be up for election (PIPSC has not approved the Bylaws)
• Sept. 13, 2021: First email to members 
• October 7, 2021 at 6:00 PM: Virtual AGM
• Election Officer: Ronald Pétillon

2. Acting Vice President appointed: Kabeya Kankolongo will be replacing Alexandre Thomas temporarily. Richard Martin was recently appointed MG-06 and he is no longer an executive member.
3. Discussion regarding the eventual departure of executive members: Inga Chiriliuc will remain an executive member until the AGM.
