ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) NOTICE

Social: 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Meeting: 5:30 – 6:30
Dinner: Buffet style
Guest Speaker: Ward Cluff – AFS Ontario Regional Representative
Please join us for the sub-group AGM at Tucker's Marketplace to see your colleagues, get some updates on status of affairs and enjoy a nice meal! Some door prizes will also be distributed for attendees.
Notice of Election:
An election will be held for IOTSO AFS Sub-Group Executive positions. 5 Member-at-Large positions are open for a two-year term. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.
Please plan to attend the dinner. Also, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian/vegan, other).
To request to attend the meeting, please contact a member of the executive (see below) before September 1, 2024.
