NOTICE OF ELECTION AFS-HQ SUB-GROUP EXECUTIVE
Elections will be held for the following positions on the AFS-HQ Sub-Group Executive:

Secretary / 2 Years / 1
Director / 2 years / 4
The election will be held in conjunction with the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the AFS-HQ Sub-Group. The AFS-HQ Sub-Group AGM will be held on Thursday October 18, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Royal Canadian Montgomery Branch, 330 Kent Street, Ottawa. Nominations will be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
Please note Article 13 of the AFS-HQ Sub-Group By-Laws:
“Because all members of the Sub-Group Executive are required to consult with the employer on behalf of the members, then, to be a candidate or remain an officer, the person must be a member and must be or become a Steward.”
