Meeting of the Executive of the Hamilton AFS Subgroup, And The Hamilton Branch

Discussed AGM planning	Dates would be the week of Dec 6^th. We voted and decided on The Grand Olympia 660 Barton St Stoney Creek ON. Ward Cluff will discuss with Zaigham Butt to arrange. We voted to also attach 2 drink tickets to the meal. Will give out gloves that we have. Ward will also look for soft shell coolers to hand out to members; with the PIPSC logo on it. Will request deposit from members to attend the AGM. Ken Bald offered to take care of receiving the deposits for the AGM. Refundable in cash at the AGM for attendees. We cannot do virtual AGM as it is not in our By-laws.
Discussed Elections	Elections committee is set up and people are in place.
Ratification of the Collective Agreement	Discussed in office information sessions Oct 25. Shawn Gillis will be in attendance in Hamilton and he will do a virtual session if needed; after hours. CRA authorizing 2 hours paid time to attend in person event. Will provide donuts and coffee. (Ward Cluff will organize).
Nominations	All positions of the Hamilton AFS Subgroup are up for elections and anyone interested in becoming a member of the executive must complete the nomination by the 2^nd Friday in November. If there are any vacant positions as a result of the nominations, then we will accept nominations on the floor of the AGM.
