Your PIPSC-AFS Edmonton Subgroup is pleased to invite you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the Yang Ming Buffet, 3414-118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5W 0Z4.
Dinner and drinks at 4:45pm (complimentary dinner and 2 drinks per member)
Business Meeting at 6:00pm Sharp

Admission tickets to this event are restricted to one ticket per AFS member. Each AFS member is required to secure their own admission ticket. If you are unable to get a ticket online, please email: pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com. Late registration may be accepted subject to venue restrictions.
Elections will be held for four positions on the AFS Edmonton Subgroup:
- President (1 year)
- Secretary (2 years)
- Treasurer (2 year)
- Member at large (1 year term)
- Member at large (2 year term)
- Member at large (2 year term)
It is recommended that nominations for these positions are made in advance by email to pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening. Winners must be present to receive a prize.
