Sophie Laporte moved that the minutes of the January 14, 2019 meeting be approved. Seconded by René Boudreau. The minutes were unanimously approved.

  • Request to be made to Voula for advance payment for AGM
  • Financial statements for AGM - to be completed 
  • $1,347 currently in the bank account

Preparations for the first Annual General Meeting

  • Date: February 27, 2019
  • Location (Le Gesù) - the last visit and meeting with the coordinator was satisfactory
  • Appetizers: hot snacks will be delivered by the caterer (6 per person) and the rest will be purchased from Costco
  • 1 alcoholic drink per person
  • 1 non-alcoholic drink per person
  • Projector available
  • No microphone
