Québec Region AFS Newsletter Summer 2025

Information session on work force adjustments

The CRA organizes information sessions on work force adjustments for employees in July and August. These sessions are available in French and English. We encourage you to register if you haven’t already done so. Registration information is available on the CRA InfoZone page.

The sessions will cover, among other things, the voluntary departure program, job swaps and the options available to affected employees. The facilitators will also answer frequently asked questions. A link will be provided for employees to ask questions, which the facilitators will answer in future sessions.

Performance reviews

Performance reviews are just around the corner. Consult your subgroup steward if necessary.

AFS Collective Bargaining

The AFS Group’s collective agreement expires on December 21, 2026. The executive is preparing for the upcoming bargaining sessions to improve your working conditions. If you have any topics of interest, you can forward them to a steward and/or to the president of your local subgroup.
