Where as the AFS National consultation team is made up of the national executive and within that consultation structure internal committees or working groups are struck.

And whereas if a consultation is deemed to effect only a singular region it would be deferred to the regional representative

Therefore be it resolved that by law 6.10.19.5 be updated to reflect today’s reality.

6.10.19.5 Consultation Representatives / Teams

6.10.19.5.1 Consultations that impact only on a particular classification shall be done by member(s) of that classification, where it is feasible.

Renumber 6.10.19.5.1 Consultation Representatives shall be stewards.

6.10.19.5.3 Consultation Representatives/teams work with the appropriate regional Representative.
