As of January 28, 2019 employees in CRPEG, USW 1568, and CUPE will not be able to enter time on their timecard using the Banked Time type but will start using Aggregate Time type. (list of codes below)
All Banked Time balances will be transferred to Aggregate Time as a onetime adjustment equalling the same amount of hours and the banked time balances will be zeroed out.
Employees can use the following Oracle Leave Type codes when recording Aggregate Time:
Aggregate Time Earned 1_5x
Aggregate Time Earned 1x
Aggregate Time Earned 2x
Aggregate Time Taken
You can check your Aggregate Time and Banked Time balances in Oracle, when filling out your timesheet. If you have any concerns about your Aggregate Time balance, please contact >HR Benefits Leave directly.
