1. Opening and approval of agenda
1.1 Meeting called to order by Rolfe Antonowitsch at 12:10 pm.
1.2 Motion #1: Approval of the agenda motioned by Patrick Cherneski, seconded by Lynne Quinnett-Abbott.
2. Review of previous minutes (Jan. 30, 2017)
2.1 Motion #2: Approval of the meeting minutes motioned by Rolfe Antonowitsch, seconded by Daniel Vermeulen.
3. Follow-up on action items
3.1 All action items complete.
4. Lunch and Learn Debrief
4.1 Two lunch and learns were held to provide members with information on the collective agreement. Members will need to vote on the agreement by March 10, 2017.
4.2 Action Item #1: Questions brought up by members regarding the collective agreement are to be sent to PIPSC via Rolfe Antonowitsch.
4.3 Member turnout out was good.
4.3.1 In total 30 people attended the Lunch & Learns (19 at AAFC and 11 at ECCC). NOTE: 3 executive members attended both sessions. This works out to 27 members total (or 56% based on 48 members in our Sub-Group).

5. Financial Update
5.1 2017-18 allocation is expected in April.
5.2 A healthy portion of this year’s budget has been used on events.
6. Spring Social
6.1 When: 7-9 pm March 22, 2017
6.2 Where: Bobby’s Tavern
6.3 Action Item #2: Lynne Quinnett-Abbott to make a reservation at Bobby’s for March 22 and cancel the old reservation.
6.4 Action Item #3: Patrick Cherneski to send out an event reminder to members.
6.5 Action Item #4: Daniel Vermeulen to change date on the poster.
7. Other Business
7.1 Call for judges for the upcoming science fair on April 6 and May 16 in Regina
7.2 SP AGM 2017 on May 27, in Ottawa, has put out a call for delegates.
